Here is some stuff right now! Use machines to enhance at least "sending mode." The "open" time after even exposure or relaying should be explored for duration, even sound during open time or other signal (using machines.)
Maybe receivers should learn to relay too.
Now... during sending mode do talking in your head or talking exercises MOSTLY. SWAP as you all choose (probably less often.) In other words, talk most of the time not "loudly" but clearly and confidently, do some talking exercises (shouts, etc.) Swap to other signals occasionally. ALSO do some aura work.
12/26/2010 QUICK: Try to do it QUICKLY and easily. Do it quickly because you may be trying too hard and overthinking it. Try doing it too quickly even so that you flub sometimes. What I hope happens here is that you learn to care less, not bear down and worry so much. So that you try to do it too quickly and miss some (maybe quite a lot.) Then slow it back down just a bit so you are doing it still kind of quickly and EASILY but more like you get into a faster, and get this hopefully stronger or louder, groove. By not bearing down so hard and getting "pushy" you will find you produce more and stronger signals than otherwise. If you keep it easy and simple and remain relaxed you will gain better results than by trying to force it (even if you think you should try harder.) Here, take it easy for strength.
Here is what this brings up, it isn't brain surgery. It should work out to be a quick and simple move like moving your hand or your arm (maybe if you WANT to say it's difficult, throwing a ball.) So I think you may be able to cut your loops to around 30 seconds, with a little practice and some relaxing. Go easy. Easy does it.
I feel that doing it this way we can approach another problem, burnout. I think if you make it easy enough and work or practice enough, you will be able to go for longer periods by staying calm. Here maybe do some exercise of many repetitions or practice staying relaxed. You may want to start out with easy does it and only do a few WHILE YOU SELF EXAM HONESTLY and get used to it (being easy.) When you honestly examine your actions use a concrete reward for good work (get some fun sugar-free gums or candies as concrete chits.) So I say many small rewards at first and some confidence building, then try to learn to relax and go for as many as you can til you learn a groove or can simply do the action.
Around this time in the real world... As I was thinking about this idea of doing it quickly to make you stop bearing down or trying too hard and being too tight, I thought of kind of a quote that I want to inject but I did not write it down that day, planning to work on it that evening. So, sorry, it was something for relaying like on the front page "Pick it up. Stroke it. Send it." but I don't remember my exact words.... sorry. Another one would be "Pick it up. Stroke it. Let it go." Here is a bit more, notice I all cap the word RELAX throughout the document. Can you kind of see now how it may actually get louder as you learn to do it easy. Don't worry about it so much (THOUGH at first you may want to get some technique down. Learn while doing some sort of relaxation or relax after you get the idea of the motion down.) Keep relaxing. Don't worry about it so much. "Just do it." It will get LOUDER this way!
