Outline of method using energy signal
- get some flow music (signal) - for this
outline you should use energy
- learn to accept signal - stroke it up too

- RELAY - learn to give back signal

- learn to RELAX and perhaps maintain open

Insert: if you can open a target, try suggesting
a thought or emotion and immediately open the
target. Keep them open or keep opening them. (This
makes signal, record them.)
- Relaying
Charge. Stroke. Give.
- Charge.
- Relax (mind not just body.)
- Contact?
- Accept the energy.
- ALLOW it to build (rather than squashing
it or dodging it.)
- Stroke.
- Build it by relaxing and stroking the
back of your neck lightly.
- Don't crush it (squash or dodge
it.)
- If you are getting it too weakly, quit
for a few minutes (Learning? Quit for more
time than you would believe. Do something
else for a few minutes.)
- It will fade quickly... practice doing
the next step before it fades too much (or
the next step after - BOTH, but first
practice as it fades.)
- Right after it fades, take a look/feel
around... you should then be
"open.")
- "Give."
- Relax some more as you make good contact
this time (BUT knowing the general location
of the target(s) is usually good enough, also
while you are trying to "send" you
may have some difficulty noticing the target
at the same time - just know roughly where
they are and keep sending.)
- "Send" it right to them w/ a
feeling like giving (look it is only a
technique, but there may be some action like
emotional action - as far as earnest or
honest giving, I feel it will just make the
transfer easier at first, relax. Being
partners may not kill you.)
- You usually send things kind of to the
target's head.
- A bit of opening is naturally involved,
and after or when you break for a moment you
may notice that you are
"open."
- You may be able to FEEL the open state
and perhaps notice the target or others
within the field.
- The target may cause signal or light
feedback that you can notice or even record
on another track to be used as extra flow -
MAYBE used as more flow, not sure about 2
things at once.
- Flow may work best with someone else. In
other words you can't as loudly signal
yourself (if at all) and should perhaps write
down the initials or calls of who was
involved so it can be used more strongly by
others. In other words, don't try and
work with your own flow it will probably just
get weaker.
- Talking
- Opening
- Opening w/ flow.
- Relax.
- just relax briefly until you are in
your "prepared to send" state -
relaxed yet aware or alert.
- when you are relaxing to send or
receive try not to over think or be too
tight MENTALLY. In other words try to
(also) relax your mind. (I say also
because I believe some body relaxing
techniques may also calm your mind.)
- Relay (fully.)
- go through the easy sending (relaying
type) you have learned or are learning,
even though you may have boot-strapped to
be able to do that, this is where we use
the flow recordings you should already
have.
- I say fully because I want you to
charge yourself up a little, and your
aura, to disturb the aura to the point it
will be weakened and/or noticeable.
- letting the charge fade, after you
have gone through the relaying move,
though it fades very quickly, will leave
you in at least a partially
"open" state.
- Maintain contact.
- I don't know if I really want to
say "maintain contact" or word
it some other way... what I mean is relax
or remain relaxed and maintain the state
that you have at this point entered into.
By relaxing though I do not want you to
lose the feel of how you should now be,
more like "freeze!" right at
this point and do the next item...
- Observe overall state.
- OK, you froze. Now without changing
the situation, observe how you feel. This
is the "open" state. Try to
FEEL it. If you can feel the presence of
others (perhaps including your relaying
target if you had one) try to
"see" them in the space you are
now open to. Really you will have to FEEL
them if they are near you in space, but
it can be done like looking and feeling
at the same time. You will not actually
see anything. Try to relax and feel the
empty charged space and any others you
may notice as soft static-like, slightly
moving blobs as well as how YOU feel
while you are in this "open"
state. Immediately proceed to one of the
following...
- Practice opening self... OR
- Now that you have forced an open
state, tried to learn to continue it,
looked at it (the space) and looked
around in it, try some opening moves to
open yourself more than you already are.
Realize that the open state from the flow
relaying will probably fade faster than
you may like. It may help to simply try
relaxing after you relay and trying to
hold that state. Sort of increasing your
duration by practicing some smooth
relaxation method.
- Do some self opening moves with your
own aura. It may be slightly charged from
use of the flow.
- Practice opening target.
- Similar to the previous, but you are
going to try to open the aura around your
practice target.
- They may be close to you in real
physical space. (The same room or even
the next.)
- Opening a target is where the best
flow comes from. Feel free to record your
target while opening them. They should
relax and they may want to stroke the
back of their neck.
- Opening self.
- Opening others.
- Opening exercises.
- I haven't written as much as I would
like yet about any exercises concerned with
opening or even the moves associated with
opening. A bunch of aura stuff perhaps
rewritten or filled out is about all I have
for now. But I would like to make some
comments... I believe I recently had the
opportunity to work in tandem with another
operator on some aura openings in sound
recordings. This is what led me to comment
that working in pairs seemed to be a highly
effective way of learning this practice. The
tandem openings were more powerful than my
usual efforts, only occasionally on a good
day could I do better alone. The other worker
seemed very practiced and systematic in his
approach. He was able to hold open for a
longer period than I usually would bother.
Working together, he would hold open like a
wide pipe or donut pattern while I hacked
away at the then thinned space in the middle
and above with an imaginary sharp knife AND
did some newer work I have of connecting the
energy flow to the head(s) of the target(s)
by forcing some of the energy (the actual
flow energy and the aura) toward their head
or forcing charged space to connect in a
quick funnel by manipulating some of the
remaining aura.

Relaying w/ flow continued...
- Relax, remain relaxed while doing the following...
- Turn on the signal and allow it to charge you while
stroking the back of your neck - collect it, don't dodge
it or try to crush it.
- Do any of the following:
- WHILE charged/charging, relax slightly and allow it
to flow back to the head of your target. Imagine it
flowing from your head or chest/body quickly across the
distance right into the head of your target. (Don't
think about any real distance or time, just go with the
apparent size and shape of the space, ie. center channel,
facing you, several feet to a few meters away.) You may
feel feedback signal (GOOD) or hear some comments on your
efforts or after signal is fully received by the target
(who is possibly stroking...) Relax. Keep sending.
- While it fades, allow quickly, don't push. Here I
am using the fade to seem like a flowing motion so you
will allow it to fade and flow to the target at the same
time. Stay relaxed and try to imagine (with physical
feeling) that it keeps flowing to the target's head,
even after it has faded. Don't push.
- After it fades (you will kind of be open) go with the
memory of the charge and the feeling of the flow action,
without pushing (get to pushing later) and allow the
target to receive the energy you still have the feeling
of using. (Keep acting out the motion - let it keep
going. This may be more advanced than I thought it would
be. Try whatever you want.)

Opening w/flow notes... FEEL it, do it again, remain

- FIRST thing to do when opening is relax and kind of
remain relaxed while doing the following...
- SECOND, feel the space around yourself as well as the
target and the energy that is also there.
- THIRD, you may see the space and energy better if you
play with it a little, stir it up or wave an imaginary blade
around in it maybe in a circular motion overhead OR charge it
in a push way.
- FOURTH, try to grasp or manipulate the energy in whatever
pattern/way you have chosen.
HERE make an outline of the ways you can manipulate the
aura-like energy, include connect to head of target (it's
pushy,) back and forth or around, etc.
- FIFTH, LET GO, OR do the following...
- FIFTH/SIXTH, hold on, hold steady (hold state.)
