  8. BASIC Relaying ENERGY
    RELAX. Sender has done some relaxing technique (maybe once a day.)
    1. Receiver on video and sound.
    2. STROKE the back of your head and neck. Keep stroking.
    3. Start continuous looped strong ENERGY signal.
    4. TOUCH the head of your target with an imaginary (but real) hand of energy.
    5. Target should raise hand when they feel signal.
    6. STROKE some more (change your focus from the target.)
    7. Let the signal flow.
    8. Relax. Without stressing, try to remain relaxed.
    9. Think (say silently) reward word or phrase.
    10. End video clip.
    11. End signal.
    12. Go again when you feel ready.
  9. Flow/energy/signal
    1. Raw signal
      1. Cigarette approaching your forearm (not your back or neck, you don't have to burn yourself just hold it close until you can let it move up your arm to your head - then LET IT.) Use DELAY (live) with stroking while recording yourself to make signal stronger. *Some question about whether signal can later be used with delay rather than doing it all live or up-front. Let it go, let it happen - record that. I need this cigarette bit rewritten so that people don't go ahead burning themselves or each other. Save your skin and your nerves!

      3. Music w/ signal that has a passage that makes your head tingle. It should feel like pleasant static electricity. It should make your head tingle and move lightly down your spine. It should feel amplified when you stroke the back of your head and neck.
      4. Loop - We may be able to cheat a little here... record someone stroking the back of their head and neck on mic and camera. We plan to send it in later.
      5. Opening - after you've already learned to use signal!

    3. Relax and accept the emotion. Try not to resist. Go along with it and try to feel the same way. Let it take over your whole body.
    4. GIVE it to or SHARE the emotion with your target. Let it out of you and into them. (smoothly) Share the emotion like it is physical. (A force or fog - made of emotion, but something you can touch.)
      1. Bounce: don't let the emotion into you that much. Just feel it begin then pass/give it to your target (immediately.)
      2. Flow-thru: allow it to flow through you after you let it peak. Visually, there is a path from the speaker/headphone through your brain (and maybe heart/chest) and into the head of your target. Relax and let the emotion flow along the path. Try to stay relaxed or keep relaxing.
    5. Target should raise hand when they feel signal.
    6. Relax. Without stressing, try to remain relaxed.
